Texas = way too much NOTHING for a good 500 miles between El Paso and San Antonio - blech!

We did visit the Alamo - very interesting. Also, today, we went to the beach in Gulfport, MS before heading over to Mobile and then north into Georgia. While in Mobile, I stopped at a nice fasbric store and the kids fell in love with Scout, the store dog. He was such a sweetie! Matthew's not a big dog fan, but my other three were loving on him as much as they could.
