Prickly Pear Ice Cream?

I've had it...it's good! Just don't ask me to describe what it tastes like. Last night, we explored uptown Sedona and had a snack at the Back Cow Cafe. They feature homemade ice cream. While they had more typical flavors, I had to try the Prickly Pear. I shared it with Gracie and she liked it, too.

Uptown Sedona is full of interesting art and architecture, as well as stores selling art, southwest themed things, and tourist souvenirs.

The teaching workshop that I am here for is fantastic. I can't wait to bring back the things I have learned and use them in my classroom.
