Do a little dance...

Palm Sunday - St. Luke UMC - the elementary school children are singing. Matthew Shover is singing and dancing (last one on the right in the front row). Why? Was it:

a. Joy in singing "Hosanna" with the other children
b. Making up for his shyness during two previous singing experiences
c. He hadn't gone to the potty in a looooong time

If you picked "c," then you are correct, although I should note that he was a joyful little singer while doing a full-body, ode-to-Elaine-from-Seinfeld potty dance.

He's presenting the Sunday School offering on Easter Sunday. We will be certain he visits the necessary facilities prior to service.

Matthew and Jamie attended the annual Easter egg hunt Sunday evening at church. Jamie got a very nice haul as he charged around the preschool playground.

Matthew didn't have quite the same amount of luck. The K-2 crowd was a pretty aggressive bunch.

Now we have to keep these two out of the candy. We just barely got the Christmas candy out of the house!

If Skippy could talk, he'd beg the boys to let him play with the empty plastic shells.
