Yes We Can!

North Carolina is a battleground state in this presidential election - a tie in the polls. That fact has drawn the candidates to NC several times in recent weeks, and today, Barack Obama was in Fayetteville at the Crown Coliseum,

Chris and I went with a friend to hear him speak. We waited 2.5 hours to get in and another 2 hours once inside. It was worth it to see history in the making.

Obama is even more dynamic in person than on TV and he's definitely dynamic on screen. He's the leader this country needs. I think one of the best points he made was when he said that parents need to turn off the TV and supervise their kids doing homework; take responsibility - you can't fix education if you don't begin at home.
