Pampers stock may plummet soon

Because we may soon be done with diapers at this house!

Gracie is once serious girl when it comes to wanting to learn to use the potty. None of this "I'll do it when I must in order to go to preschool" business her brothers put us through! After undiapering herself, putting her pants back on AND staying dry during a recent nap, she's taken a keen interest in all things potty. She watches Bear in the Big Blue House and Elmo's Potty Time videos a lot and has taken their message to heart.

On Valentine's Day, she went into the kids' bathroom upstairs and tried to figure out the potty seat. We were all in shock watching her, but we helped her on the potty seat, let her try out the Elmo potty, and had to convince her to put a diaper back on when she finished trying. Later, Grandma Jan and I took her out to buy a second potty for our house (pink!) and another small one for Grandma's house (also pink) since she is so tiny the big toilet is a bit much for her. She almost ripped off her diaper in BRU trying it out!

We also got her a selection of FUNderwear with Princesses, Hello Kitty and Elmo plus Princess Pull-Ups. She was really excited about all of this.
